An Oil Centrifuge is a continuous process centrifuge machine capable of separating Water and Sludge from any kind of oil on a continuous basis.
An Industrial Oil Water Centrifuge uses discs in the bowl to magnify the effective g-force which makes them highly efficient at separating small traces of water and sludge from oil or the other way around. These centrifuges are also known as Disc Stack Separators.
It contains a cylindrical bowl that rotates inside a larger stationary housing. The denser liquid, usually water, accumulates at the periphery of the rotating bowl and is collected & discharged, whereas the less dense liquid, usually oil, accumulates at the rotation axis and is collected & discharged from the center.
Typical configurations of an Industrial Oil Cleaning Centrifuge include:

> WVO Centrifuges for Used Vegetable Oil, Yellow Grease, UCO, Used Engine Oil or Motor Oils etc.

The system consists of 3 individual steps which are needed for oil, water and sludge processing at high capacity.
- Pre-Straining Module – which separates debris (i.e. rocks, debris, bolts etc.) from the untreated waste oil.
- Decanter Centrifuge Module – to de-sludge the pre-strained oil to separate bulk of the sludge.
- Vertical Disc Centrifuge Module – for oil water separation and to remove small particles down to 1 micron level.
